Assistance Towing Endorsement
The Assistance Towing Endorsement is required for Master Mariners and OUPV holders looking to operate commercial assistance tow boats. Upon successful completion of this USCG approved course, you will be issued a certificate that the Coast Guard will accept in lieu of taking the exam at the USCG Regional Exam Center (REC). The certificate is valid for one year at any REC.
